Honeywell has announced it will acquire LenelS2 as part of its purchase of Carrier Global Corporation’s Global Access Solutions business. The acquisition also includes Onity and Supra.
LenelS2 is a leader in advanced physical security solutions, including access control, video surveillance, and mobile credentialing.
Onity offers electronic locks, including hospitality access, mobile credentials, and self-storage access. Supra’s cloud-based electronic real estate lockboxes offer mobile credentials and access management, as well as a leading digital platform to optimize scheduling for property showings.
LenelS2, Onity, and Supra will fall under Honeywell’s Building Automation segment, which also includes established Honeywell brands such as MaxPro and Pro-Watch.

Honeywell CEO Vinal Kapur promised the purchase means LenelS2 customers will be able to maximize their security systems’ performance and cost-effectiveness to create long-term, sustainable value. “Honeywell’s strong track record of delivering building automation products and services makes this a natural fit,” Kapur said.
“The combined company will be able to accelerate innovation, bringing products and capabilities to customers that are increasingly moving to cloud-based services and solutions,” a Honeywell press release noted.
