LVC Companies Relocates and Expands Minneapolis Area Headquarters

LVC Companies relocated its headquarters to the western Minneapolis suburb of Golden Valley, Minnesota, on April 1, 2024. The new address is 6105 Golden Hills Dr., Suite 110, Golden Valley, MN 55416.

The new Golden Valley headquarters will be the new corporate home to our growing staff of sales, marketing, operations, technical, and support professionals. This location will support LVC branches across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Arizona, as well as our national footprint across the nation.

“Our rapid growth over the past several years and desire for an updated space where we can more efficiently demonstrate who we are made it essential to find a new base of operations,” said LVC President and CEO Bert Bongard. “The relocation followed a lengthy search for a facility and prime location that will fuel our continued success and growth.”

The move will accelerate LVC’s ongoing expansion in the installation and service of cutting-edge technology offerings in security, fire protection, fire alarm and life safety, structured cabling, audio-visual, DAS, and other communications systems.

“The state-of-the-art, 47,000-square-foot facility expands our footprint to meet current and future needs,” Bongard added. “It will showcase our technologies and capabilities like never before. This is true across all our divisions, and includes groundbreaking news that we’re proud to share regarding our new headquarters. We believe that this will help to simplify our customer’s business operations, improve their security, and provide us with the opportunity to add more value to our partnerships.

“LVC’s continued mission is to be an industry-leading technology systems company, providing protection and integrated solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional applications,” he continued. “Moving into this new facility paves the way for our next chapter of growth and success, with the necessary space and infrastructure to continue and expand our 40-plus-year tradition of protecting and connecting customers with best-in-class solutions.

Connor Simpson was the first customer at the LVC City Desk in our new location. This retail arm of LVC provides a range of portable fire extinguisher sales and services.

“Our new headquarters offers expanded opportunities to display our technologies in real day-to-day applications,” Bongard added. “Our focus is to continue to enhance, simplify, and streamline the buying journey for current and prospective customers, and this building will facilitate that. It will also serve as a hands-on customer experience and education center, featuring a full suite of LVC’s world-class technologies in access control, audio visual, video surveillance, visitor management, fire suppression, fire alarm, IT infrastructure, and distributed antenna systems (DAS).”
