LVC Companies has been honored with a 2026 SAMMY Award from Security Sales & Integration (SSI), one of the security industry’s most prestigious recognitions for excellence in sales and marketing. The award was presented March 25 during a gala held in conjunction with PSA Security Network at ISC West 2026.
According to SSI, the SAMMY Awards—short for Sales & Marketing—are “among the most prestigious honors that a security systems company can earn for promoting their services and the security industry as a whole.” Winning a SAMMY Award recognizes exceptional expertise in marketing strategy, business best practices, and customer engagement.
LVC Companies earned top honors in the “Best Promotional Giveaway” category for its LVC Cup of Legends Customer Appreciation Ice Fishing Trip, held in January 2026.
The event brought together some of LVC’s top customers for an all-expenses-paid trip to Border View Lodge on Lake of the Woods, along the Minnesota–Ontario border. Guests enjoyed three days of events and ice fishing in heated fish houses positioned over prime gamefish waters, combining comfort with world-class angling.
A highlight of the trip was LVC’s annual “Cup of Legends” fishing contest, where participants competed in multiple categories for prizes—and ultimate bragging rights—for landing the largest fish in several categories.
Attendees also received customized giveaways, including LVC Cup of Legends–branded Rapala lures, YETI tumblers, sweatshirts, and insulated Arctic coolers. Event sponsors included Sterling Wire and Cable along with security partner i3 International who also collaborated with LVC to produce a fun video recap of the experience, which was shared on LinkedIn and YouTube.
