Commercial real estate properties protected and supported by LVC Companies’ fire protection, life safety, and security systems swept the top honors at the 2026 TOBY Awards hosted by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Minneapolis.

Recognized as one of the most prestigious awards programs in commercial real estate, the TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards celebrate excellence in building operations, property management, and tenant experience. Judging criteria include the effectiveness of fire and life safety systems and security infrastructure, building management practices, sustainability initiatives, and risk management planning.

LVC-supported properties claimed first place in all four major building categories — a strong reflection of the importance of properly designed, installed, and maintained fire alarm, fire protection, and security systems in high-performing commercial facilities.

BOMA Greater Minneapolis announced its 2026 winners in February at the annual Best of BOMA Gala.
