The interconnected 35- and 14-story structures redefine the city skyline while offering an inspiring mix of residential, retail, office, and dining opportunities, along with a 1-acre oasis of public green space. LVC installed fire alarm systems utilizing NOTIFIER by Honeywell’s industry-leading ONYX Series NFS2-3030 platform. The buildings’ fire alarms are networked together, yet capable of delivering independent operations to affected areas in the event of a catastrophic emergency. The NFS2-3030 is unrivaled in power and performance for large-scale applications like North Loop Green. Its modular design with multiple annunciator options delivers unparalleled customization and allows property managers to view and control the system from virtually anywhere in the facility. System capacity is also impressive. The NFS2-3030 easily supports more than 3,000 intelligent devices on ten Signaling Line Circuits (SLCs)—ideal for protecting high-rises, large manufacturing plants, or multiple buildings with a single panel. When even more protection is required, the NFS2-3030 can be expanded with additional panels using NOTI-FIRE-NET, NOTIFIER’s intelligent fire alarm network. Kraus-Andersen is the general contractor, while Gephart Electric is the electrical contractor, and JLL is leading the leasing process. The project was completed in spring of 2024.
